Karen and her husband Lorenzo Trujeque bought their property in Bandera County 7 years ago. Karen is a Real Estate Professional in Bandera Texas and surrounding areas. Policy

This NOTICE is for all Vendors of any service related business
doing business with Capella Media Inc (Cowboy Capital Realty
is a dba of Capella Media Inc.): When and if a problem arrises
in phone call, in writing or recorded message and the vendor
is made aware of the problem, and if your serivce to Capella
Media is not resolved in a timely manner all contracts signed
become null and void. Timely manner for all vendors means a
maximum of 3-5 buisness days or less if applicable. All Vendors
agree to do business under these terms. If a IDX/MLS or webste
site that supports my website or business is down(not fully
functioning) for longer than 24 hrs and Cowboy Capital Realty
is not notified, your contract is automatically cancelled, and
no future charges or attempts there of will be made including
“automatic” renewals. All Automatic Renewal charges
will be reversed and disputed.
