Terms and Conditions for all Vendors working with Cowboy Capital Realty and Andrea McGilvray:

All vendors are given due notice to the following terms and conditions in doing business with the company Cowboy capital realty or Andrea McGilvray.

If a vendor for any reason does not fulfill their obligation to services promised and paid for, it will be a automatic termination in 5 business days unless the term renews before then, if so it terminates before any funds are transferred to vendor. IF no refund is provided by the vendor, then full services will be provided up to the date of the renewal of month, and service are canceled without any further payments.

Termination is also immediate if any threat of non service is implied.

All contacts are on a month to month and never more. If a vendor gets paid upfront for more than one month, then if above termination happens there will be a refund prorated for the time remaining within 5 working days.

Cowboy Capital Realty and/or Andrea McGilvray has the right to terminate any contract at any time for any reason. This termination will be immediate and no payment of any nature will be made to the vendor.
